WOVEN ALTAR PHOTOGRAPHY

DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY:

All payments made to Woven Altar Photography are non-refundable.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit goes toward your total session cost and ensures that space is reserved just for you.

Because photography is a service based on time, energy, and preparation—refunds are not offered once a session is booked. However, I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate within my availability.

COPY RIGHT & USAGE POLICY:

Woven Altar retains full copyright to all images created during your session.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This includes printing for personal display, sharing with friends and family, and posting on personal social media (with photographer credit where possible).

Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, promotion, or resale) without prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement. Woven Altar reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELIVERY & TURNAROUND POLICY:

Final edited images will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the type and scope of the session. Delivery will occur within no more than 6 weeks under normal circumstances.

Photos will be provided via a private online gallery. Clients will have three (3) months from the delivery date to download their images before the gallery expires.

After this period, image files may no longer be available, and a rehosting fee may apply.
