DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY
All payments made to The Altar House are non-refundable.
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session, class, event, or rental time. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service and ensures that your time and space are reserved just for you.
Because our offerings—whether photography, energy work, studio rental, or events—require time, energy, and preparation, refunds are not available once your service is booked. That said, we understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate within our availability.
Thank you for honoring our time and the intention behind this work.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session, class, or rental.
We deeply value your time and ours. Communication is key—if you’re running behind or need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
For photography services offered through The Altar House, we retain full copyright to all creative works produced.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only—this includes printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on personal social media (with proper credit).
Images, graphics, or content may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial or promotional purposes (e.g., advertising, resale, or business branding) without prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement.
The Altar House reserves the right to use selected images or content for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DELIVERY & TURNAROUND POLICY
Final edited images or deliverables from photography or branding sessions will be delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Under normal circumstances, delivery will not exceed 6 weeks.
All photo galleries are delivered via a private online gallery. Clients will have 3 months from the delivery date to download their images. After this, a rehosting fee may apply, and files may no longer be guaranteed.
